We decided to rent it out whilst we weren’t using it and opted to market the property ourselves. Our venture proved so successful that we didn’t even get to use the property that year, so we bought another! As word spread, we were approached by other local owners who wanted to rent out their caravans through a local agent they could trust.

Since then we’ve created a successful business that enables clients to profit from their investment in a way that suits their lifestyle and personal preferences. We are experienced in marketing and promotion and run three other successful customer focused businesses based in Norfolk.  Our approach is hard working, professional and approachable with a priority in providing excellent customer service.

Our state of the art booking software package ensures that our administration procedures operate swiftly and efficiently, handling everything from enquiries, bookings, collection of the monies and of course, the all-important customer care.

Our bespoke management service includes cleaning, laundry, grass cutting and property management – a particularly useful service if you don’t live close by. Of course if you already use or prefer to use your own cleaner, we can even liaise with them to keep them up-to-date with bookings or can issue you with a password for our system so that you can check on the bookings yourself.

All Broadland Holidays properties are extensively promoted on our social media sites as well as featuring on this increasingly popular website.  We handle all bookings, so there’s no work for you to do apart from welcome your guests and sit back, safe in the knowledge that we are working hard on your behalf to secure you as many bookings as possible.
